I’m very pleased with my experience at WSRP. The firm has established me in the auditing profession and supported my steady, personalized career growth. I sense that the firm leadership cares about employees’ well-being. There is a good balance of accountability and autonomy, which is perfect for keeping me motivated to pursue excellence in my work. We also have a solid mentoring program that has been quite helpful. The firm has kept up a reasonable level of in-office interaction, although remote work is allowed and varies somewhat from person to person.
