In addition, he has worked in numerous industries including manufacturing, real estate, oil and gas, technology, and professional services. Adam has assisted clients with transaction planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy with taxing authorities, due diligence, and tax provisions for financial reporting under ASC 740.
