Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:

The Accountant will be responsible for the preparation, management, and reporting of financial data for various clients of the company. You will be expected to work in the office and our typical work year will have a fairly significant amount of overtime.

What You Will Do:

• Posting transactions, reconciling bank statements, tax clean-ups, preparation of payrolls and payroll tax filings, and other bookkeeping services
• You will assist in or do special projects, quality of earnings reviews, ERC filings, and/or other client needs
• You will learn internal systems, QuickBooks, Office 365, become familiar with multiple other systems and programs used by our clients
• You will take the lead in managing client accounting needs for several client accounts
• All other tasks as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• 1-3 years’ experience in accounting
• 1-3 years’ experience with QuickBooks
• A good work ethic and desire to achieve and grow

Education:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting
